Hi, customer. Easy & Light support team.
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience.
After reviewing the video you sent, it seems to be a problem caused by the option of Easycanvas Pro.
For Easycanvas Pro, it runs with the Trayicon in the lower right corner instead of the normal program window (see attached image).
In the case of current symptoms, it seems that the problem can be solved by adjusting the options in the screen scaling setting on the menu of the Trayicon.
Please refer to the attached image and set it to "Easycanvas Pro Trayicon - Setting Display Scaling - Main Aspect Ratio".
Additionally, if the normal coordinate setting is not possible due to the option change of Easycanvas Pro, please refer to the link below and change the graphic driver's setting.

If the problem does not improve after proceeding with the above measures, please attach the new PC log and the application log and inquire again.
