연결 불가 #2397

Hello, i'm having the above issue. As well as many other issues previously with connectivity with the app. I have reinstalled the app many many times and this seems a temporary fix. But always after a short time i get a Disconnected/connected loop that affects my ability to work. What can be done?

First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After reviewing the logs and symptoms you sent, it appears that the problem is caused by repeated encoding failures.

1. Delete “EL Display Hub”
2. Check Windows updates and update to the latest Windows.
3. Update graphics drivers

4. Reboot your PC (using “Restart” in the shutdown options).
5. Reinstall “EL Display Hub” by downloading the new installer (run the installer by “right-clicking - Run as administrator” during installation).

Follow up to recent enquiry regarding constant disonnection

Hello. I sent an enquiry around a week or so ago regarding constant disconnection problems. I followed every step with the new isntallation as administrator etc but i am still having intermittent issues with disconnection. What else can be done? Sometimes it's flawless and then other times the disconnection happens every 10 seconds for no apparant reason. Regards

Hello, customer. This is the Easy&Light support team.

After reviewing the new logs and symptoms, the issue is that the connection to the iPad via AMDS fails, preventing the tablet from being recognized.

First, reboot the iPad and try connecting.
If you cannot connect afterward, please reinstall the application.

This symptom also occurs when the USB port lacks power or is poorly connected.
To resolve this, please try the steps below.

1. Check whether the connection between the PC and tablet is normal.
2. Replace the USB cable (use a genuine cable if possible).
3. Change the USB port connected to the PC (using the rear port).
4. Connect to an externally powered USB hub.

If it still does not work, please restart AMDS by referring to “Restarting AMDS in Windows” provided by Apple.

1. Close iTunes and disconnect any currently connected iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
2. On your computer's keyboard, press the Windows logo key and the R key simultaneously to access the Run command.
3. Enter services.msc and click ‘OK’. The service console opens.
4. Right-click ‘Apple Mobile Device Service’ and click ‘Properties’ in the shortcut menu.
5. Set the Startup Type pop-up menu to ‘Automatic.’
6. Click ‘Stop’ under Service Status.
7. Once the service is stopped, click ‘Start’ on the service.
8. Click ‘OK’.
9. Restart your computer.

If AMDS does not work properly even after taking the steps in the guide above, please reinstall EL Dsiplay Hub following the instructions below to reinstall AMDS.
1. Uninstall “EL Dsiplay Hub” from Uninstall a program or Features.
2. If there are programs listed below, uninstall them as well.
     - "Apple Mobile Device Support"
     - "Apple Application Support (32-bit)"
     - "Apple Application Support (64-bit)"
3. Reboot your PC. (Use "Restart" in shutdown option)
4. Reinstall EL Dsiplay Hub. (Please download and use the latest installer.)

I also checked the wireless connection error log.
Please try the items below to resolve the symptom.

1. Error issue related to network stream on iPad OS side
     1) Shut down the iPad. ("Settings" - "General" - "Shutdown" - "Shutdown")
     2) Restart your iPad.
     3) Check the symptoms.

2. Failure to obtain permission on the iPad side
     1) Check the permissions of the Easycanvas application.
     2) “Settings” - “Easycanvas”
     3) Please allow permission for “Bluetooth” and “Local Network” items.

3. Check internet connection status
     1) If the iPad or PC's connection to the router is unstable, wireless communication may fail.
     2) Please check if the same problem occurs even if the iPad and router are located close together.
     3) For smooth communication, please use the 5GHz band for wireless networks whenever possible.

4. mDNS search fails
     1) If there is a change in the wireless network or the signal is weak, mDNS search may stop.
     2) Reboot the PC (requires a reboot via “Restart” in the shutdown option, not a simple shutdown and startup.)

5. Bonjour service issues
     1) In ‘Services’, check whether the status of ‘Bonjour Service’ is ‘Running’.
         ① Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to run ‘Task Manager’
         ② Click the [Services] tab and check whether the status of the service named ‘Apple Mobile Device Service’ is ‘Running’.
         ③ If the status of the service is ‘Stopped’, right-click the mouse and ‘Start’ or ‘Restart’ the service to check if the service is running.
         ④ If the service status changes to ‘Running’, re-run the EL Display Hub program.
     2) It may cause conflicts with other programs that use bonjour. Remove other programs that conflict when using bonjour (e.g. cyberduck)

7. If the temporary solution does not work, we recommend reinstalling the program. The installer may be damaged, so please download a new installer and reinstall.
     1) Delete EL Display Hub.
     2) Reboot your PC. (Use "Restart" in shutdown option)
     3) Reinstall the latest EL Display Hub installer.

     4) Reinstall EL Display Hub.
