Constant disconnection

I was using your services and it worked greatly for the most part, but lately the device keeps disconnecting every few minutes for no apparent reason. I have tried uninstalling, installing, restarting my PC and reconnecting again, only to find the exact same problem. Please help me. I was very pleased wiyth your services, but this is now very close to unusable. EL_Display_1fb7e414-b00a-4c11-bde6-165ef54f51f6.zip

Hello, customer. This is the Easy&Light support team.

First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After reviewing the logs and symptoms you sent, it appears that the problem is caused by repeated encoding failures.

1. Delete “EL Display Hub”
2. Check Windows updates and update to the latest Windows.
3. Update graphics drivers

      [NVIDIA] Graphics driver installation page: https://www.nvidia.co.kr/Download/index.aspx
4. Reboot your PC (using “Restart” in the shutdown options).
5. Reinstall “EL Display Hub” by downloading the new installer (run the installer by “right-clicking - Run as administrator” during installation).

Additionally, the connection appears to be unstable in the log.

For wired connections: The cable or port connecting your PC and tablet may be damaged. Please test by relocating other cables or ports to the back.

For wireless connection: Please check the Internet connection status of your PC and tablet.
     1) The PC side and the iPad are connected wirelessly through the router. If the connection between the iPad or the PC and the router is unstable, wireless communication may fail.
     2) Please check if the same problem occurs even if the iPad and router are located close together or the PC is connected by wire.
     3) For smooth communication, please use the 5GHz band for wireless networks whenever possible.

If the problem does not improve after taking the above measures, please re-inquire by attaching new PC logs and application logs.
