First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
They said that Tools does not work only in Photoshop, but I was not able to understand exactly what the problem meant.
I would really appreciate it if you could attach a more detailed explanation or a capture or video of your symptoms.
The following is a summary of Photoshop-related problems that occur in EasyCanvas.
If gestures or other tools do not work properly, please check the settings by referring to the examples below.
1. Set “Enable Gestures”

Make sure “Enable Gestures” is checked in Settings - Tools - Options.
If it is not checked, check it, save the settings, restart Photoshop, and check the status.
2. GPU Acceleration settings

Make sure “Use Graphics Processor (G)” is checked in Settings - Performance - Graphics Processor Settings.
If this option is not turned on, touches and gestures will not work properly.
If it is not checked, check it, save the settings, restart Photoshop, and check the status.
3. Pen pressure problem
EasyCanavas uses pen pressure based on Windows Ink when inputting stylus.
In the case of Photoshop, the default setting is set to "Windows Ink", and you can change the setting with the "PSUserConfig.txt" file in the path provided.
You can change the pen pressure setting with the option inside the file, UseSystemStylus, where 0 uses WinTab and 1 uses Windows Ink.
If the file does not exist, create a file in the path, fill in the contents below, and then reset Photoshop.
If the problem does not improve after taking the above actions, refer to the log acquisition guide below.

Tools doesn't work in Photoshop 2024 version 25. But working in others program like Illustrator.
