The discussion around these tickets has reached sufficient maturity to publish a first draft specification at https://edi3.org/specs/edi3-json-ld-ndr/develop/ - source file is https://github.com/edi3/edi3-json-ld-ndr/blob/develop/docs/index.md

I've put an outline in the doc for guidance only. Feel free to adjust it as needed.

Great point, bringing this from github issues into actual NDR spec. I won’t have time to deep review before tomorrow’s call, but let’s make sure to note down which issues we are decided on, and assign names on who to write up the various sections.
