html rendering of code lists - as a grid? #39

Unlike bsp classes where every class has different properties, all members of a code list have the same properties.

So perhaps the codelist HTML rendering might be nicer as a grid like this?

@onthebreeze , some code list have additional properties. What if there are too many of them like in https://edi3.org/vocabulary/rec20/#kilogram_per_square_metre ?

@webilhan, please try out the grid option for code lists under UNCL section.

@webilhan, now when we have more codes under UNCL section it is clear that the ids there might be too long for the vertical grid, but this layout might work for Locodes. Could you please check that?
