2 weeks ago I tested it with eXist-DB 6.2.0 and it works nicely!
the module is a former part of shared resources but was separated from its original library. we have to adjust the namespace only.
it is not heavily tested! Installation works in eXist-db v5.4.0 (served w/o shared resources) and v6.2.0.
for quick check there are docker images provided at harbor.gwdg.de
