Uploading xar file via Package Manager results in error "Missing descriptor from package" #4

1) Installed a fresh eXist-db 4.7.0 2) Started Jetty 3) Opened up the dashboard in browser 4) Called the Package Manager 5) Clicked on "add a package" icon 6) Selected the ediarum.db-3.2.6.446.xar file from my local hard drive 7) Uploaded the xar fle following this installlation guideline. 8) Received the error message "Missing descriptor from package: /db/system/repo/ediarum.db-3.2.6.446.xar"

Tried this on a server machine with Ubuntu 12.04 TLS and on a local Windows machine.

Several xar files (also different versions) from Github were not downloaded completely. This caused the error message.
