Fix cifti_vis_PINT plotting bugs #104

The corrplot image now uses newer seaborn syntax for diverging color scals The lines on the corrplot are now back in the correct place Tested using seaborn 0.9 and in python 3.7 Changed the color scale for the wb_view rois to greyscale (black)
