Hi Erin,

Thank you very much for your wonderful scripts.

By the way, I have a question about the DKT atlas described in ciftify_peaktable.py. The script uses cvs_avg35_inMNI152.aparc.32k_fs_LR.dlabel.nii. I thought "aparc" means Desikan Killany atlas, aparc.DKTatlas is DKT.

Could you tell me whether this is DK or DKT?

Finally, I found this is not DKT atlas. (Klein and Tourville, 2012) This is DK atlas. These two atlases are similar but different ones. So I recommend to change it.
