drakma seems to have an issue with the url

as exemplified by the attached traceback.

curl pulls in the page nicely.

Hmmm. Are you using SBCL 1.4.7.188-d8f2ca5-dirty and drakma-v2.0.4?

Obviously I'm not using SBCL 1.4.7.188-d8f2ca5-dirty.

Ok, cool. This was not evident to me. In any case, it downloaded source for 1.4.9 and built. Same error.

So can you suggest to me, based on the stack dump in the attached file, how I might investigate this? (the executable that tripped the error was built in November of 2017.
