Strip items model out of Core Data, and remove ItemViewController #36

It's unlikely we'll be storing information about individual items within the app. It's more likely that a webview will pop up for each collection containing details of all the items within, so it makes sense that we don't have any item specific details in the app - eg views, controllers and models.
