Custom URL schema for launching the app #2

The app have to launched with pcapi URL parameter

We have used custom-url-schema plugin. As such the app accepts a link conforming to: cityscope://?pcapi=

Note that this requires to introduce the link through the mobile browser and if the app is installed automatically opens the app passing the link.

When a new link conforms to the schema for cityscope, we update the PCAPI URL and in addition force to synchronise the surveys. The committed changes are at: edina/fieldtrip-open@b8adea900d0cc146ef1943b729645f0529e46611
