The current access origin tags are cleated when running project_install by looking at the access_urls property from config.ini. For cityscope the access_url is not known until runtime so for this has to be addressed differently.

We have created an access rule to permit requests from any domain. Changes committed at https://github.com/edina/fieldtrip-open/commit/2b493feaf637aac095122b26f4bd1c9d53f23f4c

Once we have a domain for cityscope, we should change that access rule to permit only domains and subdomains of cityscope
