On SWE4CS app

"There seems to be a bug with FTOpen when uploading images for the Hundetüte survey. It could be due to the umlaut or spaces in the file name which works for the record filename but not for the image filename. To reproduce one needs to upload a record with an image: the record gets uploaded but not the image and FTOpen displays an error message."

This was an issue with the certificate at pcapi host and has been resolved.
