Use https urls for external resources

The recent versions of iOS refuse to load resources from unsecure http endpoints, it can be disabled but with the risk to be rejected from the App Store.

We need to switch to https for:

• core / offline-maps
  • [x] openstreetmap
  • [x] opencycle
• map-search
  • [x] unlock
  • [x] geonames
