Authoring Tool: My Editors drop down should only display .edtr files #236

The My Editors drop down in the Authoring Tool should filter out all files and only display a list of files with the .edtr extension. At the moment it just lists all files that are in the 'editors' folder in Dropbox regardless of what type of file they are.

Related to this, downloading forms via the app should only download .edtr files, but it also downloads files following the pattern .edtr., which I wasn't expecting.

I also think it would be good if we filtered out the .edtr extension and just displayed the form name to the user.
