Although not too bad the Audio record App being used has some problems for voice over. WE need a simple audio recording app with following characteristics.
Record toggle button first thing you navigate to. Toggle button so that in Voice Over double tap to start and double tap anywhere to stop.
Audio cue ( high pitch) when activated and low pitch when deactivated
when finished recording swipe right to go to title/description field.
