PCAPI urls have disappeared from settings. #84

At some point the PCAPI urls appear to have disappeared from the settings page. This means we can't sync with dropbox.

It turns out there was a section missing from the spatial memories config file at home/geomobile/spatial-memories/config/config.ini:

sync = {"LIVE": "http://fieldtripgb.edina.ac.uk"}
