Notebook to load new other repositories #2

We'd like to be able to point people to other useful resources, but it's not ideal to pre-load the image with lots of these GitHub repositories. Would be much better to supply a top level notebook, with instructions and cells that can be executed to clone different recommended resources.

First version done, called Extra Resources.ipynb. Added at build time to all users home dirs.
