Erreur in README.md not use /public but /build #4

Help said to use /public with web server but really it's need to use /build

The /public folder is referring to the localhost server and not this repository, sometimes named as /httpdocs or /www folder. But I'll change the name to /public_html to make it more clear. Thanks.
