AppImage issues #5

[x] Window has no icon on X11
[x] Bundled smartctl doesn't work
[ ] Doesn't use Wayland
[ ] We need to bundle the Breeze theme
[ ] Won't use dark mode even if the system is in dark mode
[ ] Won't run on Ubuntu without installing libfuse2
[ ] Appimage needs sudo (perhaps this is my issue, I should see what GSmartControl does) ~~The executable inside the zip actions artifact is not executable by default~~

exec bit cannot be set to exec inside a zip, which is a product of downloading. if packaged as tar.gz it will retain exec permissions, but still be zipped by downloading.
