Move wiki to /docs directory #12

This will allow keeping documentation in sync with commits. Also then we can open up the wiki for user documentation contributions.

Many thanks for the Wiki, it is very valuable! How are contributions for the Wiki done currently? Is that via patches?

I am re-writing the wiki and will be moving that to the repo docs directory shortly. This will give us a github pages site. It will also keep documentation in sync with the code. Then I will empty the wiki and make it open for contributions, so submissions can be easily added and then moved to docs. Or, accept PR's for docs.

Right now, if you have small changes put them here or create an issue. If they are big, fork the wiki (it's a git repo) and send me a PR.

With commit d0de39d612c6cb032f19acd3b89f2f4264c444b9 documentation is now in /docs and generating a github page site here: https://edison-fw.github.io/meta-intel-edison/
