Rocko kernel build fixes - part 2 #30

Looks like there was more to the issue discussed in #28, so here comes the full fix. There's also further problem with OpenSSL includes (shown in #21), also fixed. While this will hopefully not be necessary after we move to sumo, in the interest of having rocko (and master branch) working, let's have those in.

Thanks, merged. I've tested it extensively, so at the very least it should not break anything :)
