include length, page number, coding status in export codingjobs #630

length, page number, coding status are not yet included in the metadata options 
that you can select when exporting codingjobs, so for example in this screen 
http://amcat.vu.nl/navigator/project/101/codingjob/export-options?export_level=0
&codingjobs=2222. Can these also be included? Merci!
