Only Opening in Landscape mode #25

Device: Panasonic FZ-A1

When I open an image in markers-for-android on my Panasonic FZ-A1 it is only 
opening in landscape mode.  It will not switch to portrait at all.   Any ideas? 
 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
