Fix purge to keep base classes #50

Resolves #46 by only purging the components and utilities layers

It bothers me that there are so many merges in this pull request. If you look at the files changed tab, you can see that only the app.css and tailwind.config.js have changed

Did you rebase your fork on upstream changes?
