Improved addon experience. Updated TVH authentication to work with TVH version 4.3+ (digest) #60

  1. Updated TVH connection methods to allow for digest authentication methods.
  2. Broke out the TVH connection code so it can be reused with the addon and zap2epg code base
  3. Updated TVH connection logic to use TVH PVR ip address and port in the event the supplied values do not work.
  4. Addon will ask user if they want to update the addon to use the TVH PVR settings but will not automatically change them
  5. Fixed error where the ip address cannot be changed in the settings file.
