Server Selection #21

I would like to suggest being able to set the range of the server load that is being tested. I have usually had more sustainable, faster throughput on servers that are 50-65% loaded.

This should be possible, but I currently do not have the time to work on this. If you create a PR, I'll be happy to merge it.
