[Feature Request] start ordered list by a different number #66

I would like to continue an order later in the editor. This would be a "new" list, but I want to start with a different number to continue my order.

For example, if you have this:

block:{
  type: list
    1. Something
    2. Something
block:{
different stuff: eg a video and table}
block:{
  type: list
   3. Something
