And tidied up the repo a bit.

It is not the reason to close the PR. Qt Creator has different versions available for different machines. I.e. distros still ship obsolete versions of Qt Creator and will likely ship for a long time. If I remember right, Qt Corporation has planned to drop support for 32-bit Windows and Windows below 10 (which is just completely inacceptable). IDK if they have already implemented their decision, but it may be a barrier for Windows users to get new versions of Qt Creator having this plugin in tree.

So, still there may be a need for this repo for quite some time.
