Change VS / VS Code logo #80

Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code logo has changed.
The current VS Code logo is orange, but it will be blue soon. https://code.visualstudio.com/blogs/2017/10/24/theicon

Maybe the VScode's logo has already turned to blue. https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/releases/tag/1.18.0
