[fix] empty basePath routing #116 #117

@amoraller can you explain the issue here. I see you are trying to fix an empty base path. The empty and the null, i think, are supposed to be the same. Your example has a non optional guid, you want that to match up with an empty string?

@Gekctek ConcurrentDictionary not supported "null" key
