log group contacts being lost from a project being dropped #4

not 100% sure about this for 2 reasons

  1. do we need this?
  2. exact same wording as losing a GC from account drop:

for 1, it makes spinel's life significantly easier

I did some work on spinel to make it work without this, but it still feels like logging this data relationship loss would be good
