public facing PS INFO #6

I'm not staff and I don't have any context here but, I wonder how valuable this would actually be to the general public. At present, PS INFO only contains at most six items of information, many of those would need to be hidden from the public. I think we'd for sure want to hide:

The soper who registered the project
Obviously any private group contacts
We may also want to hide (or let the GCs decide) channel/cloak namespaces

After this, the only things that can be found from this would be:

Registration date (why would a normal user need this?)
The project's REGINFO setting (same thing as above)
Public contacts (can already be obtained from ChanServ)
Channel/cloak namespaces, assuming we decide not to hide them (I feel like this could be abused by trolls targeting a specific project)

Who's "we"? I'm not aware of any networks other than libera using this.
