sdm845: Add initial axolotl (SHIFT 6mq)

Description

This adds SHIFT's SHIFT6mq phone initial supg aport, currently the following has been tested as functional:

• Simpleinit and EFI shell
• Volume up/down and power buttons
• Linux mass storage mode
• Booting android abootimg stored in ESP partition inside UFS
