sm8150: Add initial support for Oneplus 7T (hotdogb)

Description

Initial Oneplus 7T support based on existing 7 (guacamoleb) and 7 Pro (guacamole), currently the following has been tested as functional:

• Simpleinit and EFI shell
• Volume up/down and power buttons
• Linux mass storage mode

Also renamed dtb for guacamoleb for consistency since apparently hotdogb one was used

It looks good, but I would like to ask if renaming DTB like this would cause some confusion, or should we name it Universal? Xd

Mainline seems to use hotdogb as .dts name hence the renaming: https://gitlab.com/sm8150-mainline/linux/-/blob/sm8150/5.17/arch/arm64/boot/dts/qcom/sm8150-oneplus-hotdogb.dts

And seems to be used for 7, 7T and 7 Pro... maybe we can remove guacamole too and let it use hotdogb.dtb but I don't have it to test
