Enable and add I2S0 or I2S1 and codec depending on board. Tested on Orange Pi 5 and Orange Pi 5 Plus.

Note there's 3 different codecs depending on boards:

Everest 8388 - Supported in Windows (Indiedroid Nova / ROC-RK3588S-Hinlink H88K / Mekotronics R58X / Orange Pi 5 [B/Plus/etc.])
Everest 8316 - Needs codec driver (Khadas Edge 2 / Rock 5A/ Rock 5B), but should be easy as similar to ES8388
Realtek 5616 - Codec not supported (FriendlyElec Nano PC T6)

Any boards not listed do not have analog audio in DT
