permission denied #11

I downloaded the file, opened terminal, ran the line of code - however it said permission denied when I did this? is there any way to get around this as I am fed up of being unable to relocate songs

I had a message asking if I wanted to allow the app to access my files. If you aren't getting that, it may be that you need to enable permissions for file access for Java. It's also possible that your security settings are not allowing you to run applications downloaded from the internet. Check your file permissions under Security & Privacy -> Files and Folders then see what your settings are for terminal and java.
