Footer positioning #15

Position footer absolute (or fixed), set width to 100% and bottom to 0 to make the footer stay at the bottom.

Complicated fix, not possible with CSS (without setting a height, which breaks layout on resize). Set min-height to container for now

Removed min-height and fixed properly
