Remove Post-Install Workaround #5

Supercedes #4, read there for more context, since the starter now implements a post install script to work around the non-transpilation of dependencies.

~Could try/use the plugin solution later described in the GH issue thread.~ That didn't pan out easily.

The starter works since there is a work around in post install. It's inelegant, but functional.
