FBC-306 - Augment the mapping of US NIC repository codes to entity types to cover more of those defined in FBC

Description

This resolution augmented the number and nature of institutions with NIC entity type codes. Note that there are still a handful of codes that have not been mapped, mainly due to the need for more definitive definitions for those entity types.
