SEC-192 - Move the inheritance link between consumer loan and credit cards to the credit cards ontology

Description

Swapped the inheritance relation for consumer credit card agreement w.r.t unsecured consumer loan from being in the consumer loans ontology to the card accounts ontology and released consumer loans.

Fixes: #1961 / SEC-192
