GitHub-2038 - Implicit punning of OWL Classes in triples (as subjects) with datatype property

Description

Eliminated the use of hasArgument to refer to certain inputs to various expressions which caused punning, added two properties and refined restrictions to eliminate the obsolete restrictions in the same ontology (GitHub-2028), and normalized language in definitions to eliminate indefinite articles, in compliance with ISO 704
