Improve the function "ontologyZipFiles" #105

  1. include _About<ONTPUBFAMILY>Dev. * files in dev.*.zip and _About<ONTPUBFAMILY>Prod. * files in prod.*.zip
  2. catalog-v001.xml inside zip files should contain only entries about ontologies packed in zip files
