Scope of publication #114

We might need to define the scope of ontology publication, i.e., instead of publishing all files from a certain folder with the '.rdf' extension, we should be able to publish only files mentioned in the owl:import statements in AboutXXXDev and AboutXXXProd files.

It is also required to include the owl:import statements from MetadataXXX file.
