Adjust values ​​in ontology_config.yml for onto-viewer #115

Set the values ​​in the ontology specific _ontologyconfig.xml file so that the only required parameter when starting the onto-viewer is:

-Dapp.config.updateUrl=<CONFIG_FILE_URL>

where <CONFIG_FILE_URL> is URL to ontology specific config files (e.g. https://spec.edmcouncil.org/fibo/ontology/etc/onto-viewer-web-app/config/)
