Use the stable (published) version of onto-viewer-toolkit.jar #132

Currently, the "development" (from the develop branch) version of onto-viewer-toolkit.jar is used, built as part of the jenkins job onto-viewer-build:

The stable version should be used - published "on demand" in the jenkins task onto-viewer-publish.
