Update to datadictionary publication #138

Given https://github.com/edmcouncil/onto-viewer/pull/343 we need to update the datadictionary publication sending there a new parameter from yaml config: https://github.com/edmcouncil/onto-viewer/blob/1dcc647b4ae132c8483cc0aec13fa78bd755f7bc/onto-viewer-config-loader/src/main/resources/default_ontology_config.yaml#L12
