Need to augment the list of potential annotation properties to use when generating the data dictionary #169

For the IOF, definitions use iof-av:naturalLanguageDefinition rather than skos:definition, and there may be others as new projects are added. The result is that definitions are blank for the data dictionary view of the IOF ontologies, which is incorrect (and not useful).
